Over priced for what you get workers are rude a hell
Rude driver, cold pizza and wings when I don't even live 30 min away. Extremely upset
We drove 4 hours to Indiana lastnight and called to order pizza from Brick Oven pizza because we were starving after the 4 hour ride!! Well I called, ordered it.. TOLD THE MANAGER OUR TOWN AND HOTEL LOCATION... I pay the $40 for the pizza at 9:20pm.. Well it is almost an hour later and we don't have pizza!! They drove to the wrong town and just kept calling saying they were at our hotel.. So I call the manager and he says oh.. He went to the wrong place and we don't deliver where you are!! So the delivery guy calls me and he doesn't even want to bring the pizza to us or return my money.... Which was $40 for pizza!! Finally the delivery driver gets it to us over an hour later.. We get our pizza around 11:35pm and he tells me he's sorry and we should be able to get a reimbursement because our pizza was very cold and the wait was over 2 hours for it!! I call and speak with the manager today and he says it wasn't near 2 hours even though it was over 2 hours and tells me he just shouldn't have even taken my order lastnight and that he doesn't do reimbursements for that and hangs up!!! BEYONG PISSED OFF AND THEY LOST 5 CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE

Better then I expected. The pizza was decent and they delivered within 30 mins. Service could have been more professional but it wasn’t rude.
