I avoid this place as much as I can. Their prices for most items are double what I pay at other stores. Even small local grocery stores have significantly lower prices. It's ridiculous. Many of the staff members are incredibly rude, and I've seen them be downright hateful to lower ranking employees. One day a manager yelled at a new cashier from 4 lanes away because she made a mistake in the way she rang up one of my items. I was so embarrassed for that poor girl. The manager just went on and on, and wouldn't let it go! It was terrible. Nothing really changed when they switched from Buehler's to IGA, except the already overpriced food items went up a little more. They do have great meat sales, and the meat is usually decent quality, so I do shop here during those sales. Otherwise, I stay away.
The prices are high as hell! The produce is on the verge of rotten or under ripe! The employees are nice. I only shop there for the convience. Wish holiday foods was still open!
it nice, they closed Holliday foods which is the other store so they have prices were they want them and normally it high pricing. the have all ful produce its.not fresh.I go when 100% have to
Very friendly staff and a well maintained store with VERY CLEAN restrooms which is always a huge decision in my review of any place I visit! The produce and deli was well kept, fully stocked, and had a wide variety of items to choose from. The store carries organic items as well in produce, grocery, and dairy areas. The meat department has a good selection but I'm not sure of organic selections in this area. This store is very nice and I would take my business there anytime I'm in Rockport!
Store is a bit pricey. Also needs a good cleaning /remodel. Deli team was also very nice and friendly. Cashiers were very helpful and friendly.
